1. Copyright Policy Statement

Coomerang LTD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

As a platform that enables users to create and publish comics, we take copyright protection seriously. We have implemented procedures to expeditiously respond to claims of copyright infringement on our service that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our designated DMCA agent as described below.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice Contact Information

All DMCA notices should be sent via email to the address above. We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours during business days. Please ensure your notice includes all required elements listed below to avoid delays in processing.

3. Required Elements of a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

3.1 Identification of Copyrighted Work

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works

3.2 Identification of Infringing Material

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL of the specific comic or page containing the allegedly infringing material)

3.3 Contact Information

• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address

3.4 Good Faith Statement

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

3.5 Accuracy Statement

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Promptly investigate the claim
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid
• Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
• Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error

We reserve the right to remove content that we believe in good faith infringes copyright, even if a formal DMCA notice has not been received.

5. DMCA Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. False Claims and Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.

8. Content Moderation and Prevention

We actively moderate content on our platform and have implemented the following measures to prevent copyright infringement:

• User education about copyright laws and fair use
• Clear terms of service prohibiting copyright infringement
• Reporting tools for users to flag potentially infringing content
• Regular review of user-generated content
• Swift action on valid DMCA notices
